Properties: The product is a white needle crystal or powder. SP. GR. 2.882—3.13g/ cm3, sublimation temp. 1272Celsiur scale.It’s slightly soluble in water and greatly soluble in HF liquid. The chemical property for the high density aluminum fluoride is very steady, but that contains certain crystal water will be decomposed into Al2O3 at high temperature with HF being released.

Uses: It’s mainly used as an adjusting agent for electrolyte in aluminum smelting by fused salt electrolysis, also in ceramic glaze, catalyst and flux of nonferrous metal metallurgy etc.
Brief Introduction of the Production Technics
In the Hydrogen Fluoride Reacting Furnace which is heated outside, Vitriol reacts with Fluorite to create the Hydrogen Fluoride Gas and Anhydrous Fluoride Plaster by heating in the process of producing Aluminum Fluoride, then the Hydrogen Fluoride Gas react with dry Aluminium Hydroxide in Fluidized Bed to create to Aluminum Fluoride and water.
Packaging
packed in woven PP bags with plastic film inside. Each bag has net weight of 25kgs, 50kgs, 500kgs and 1000kgs.
